We have had the best experience with Meraki. The customer service and attention to detail are impeccable. Our project is just a small sidewalk at the front of our house with the hopes of adding flower beds later. When I asked for a quote, Brent (the owner) personally came out and discussed the project with me within 48 hours. The entire process went very smoothly and I communicated with Brent almost every day! Even when the pouring of the concrete was delayed by a day, he emailed me to let me know why and when it would be poured the next day. Other companies would not be this involved with their customers. Brent and the team helped us to resolve a very complicated water drainage issue that had caused us significant issues over the last few years at a property that we own. Well just let me say my faith has been restored

Brent and his outstanding crew removed everything in my front flower garden recently. The overgrown garden was needing a facelift after over 25 years of being neglected. They showed up at my house when they said they would arrive and worked diligently. The flower garden is now full of beautiful plants and flowers. I love sitting in my rocking chair on the front porch enjoying the view. Not only did I receive a new flower garden but Meraki Landscape Services also power washed my house and the sidewalk plus driveway. My house looks new again!
